Directions

From the 440 Beltline: Take Six Forks Road exit north approximately one half mile. Stay in the right lane after Millbrook Road and look to your right for a group of new two story brick building with white trim, slightly below street level. The complex is called the Capital Office Center. Enter the parking lot and look for our building to the left. The number is 5710 and is on the outside of the building. A sign with the word ENDODONTIST is also on the building.
From the 540 Beltline: Take Six Forks Road exit south approximately one half mile and look for a left turn just after the stoplight at Sandy Forks. Turn in at Capital Office Center and follow directions as above.
From the East, Capital Boulevard: Turn on Millbrook Avenue going west for about a mile, to Six Forks Road. Turn right on Six Forks Road and stay in the far right lane. Turn into the driveway half way down the block, Capital Office Center. Follow directions as above.
From the West, Glenwood Avenue: Turn on Millbrook Avenue going east for about a mile, to Six Forks Road. Turn left on Six Forks Road and move to the far right lane. Halfway down the block you will see a driveway, leading to an office Complex, Capital Office Center. Follow directions as above.
