“Payment for Dr.Behrend’s services is expected on the day that the service is provided.  We do not ordinarily accept insurance assignment as payment for your treatment.  However, as a service to you, we will be happy to submit your insurance claim paperwork to your dental insurance company along with any dental radiographs or reports they may require.”
